Philip Devlin is Vice President of Emerging Technologies and General Manager of Neuroscience. Phil joined Aspect in 1990 and previously served as Manager of Software Engineering at Lifeline Systems, Inc. He has more than 20 years experience with medical device companies and also worked as Chief Biomedical Engineer at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, and as Technical Marketing Engineer in the Hewlett Packard medical product group. Phil holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. |  |
