Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
J. Neal Armstrong was named as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary effective January 1, 2009. Neal originally joined Aspect in 1996 and served as Vice President, CFO and Secretary until his retirement in 2005. Since his retirement, Neal has remained active with Aspect and served as an advisor to the CEO and the board of directors, as well as serving on the Boards of several other public and private companies. Prior to joining Aspect, Neal was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Haemonetics Corp., where he also served as a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Haemonetics, he spent five years at BTU International as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer and 14 years with Texas Instruments, Inc., where he held senior operating and financial positions. Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and is a certified public accountant.
